Boise, Idaho House For Sale

We’re Moving! …So… Yeah, we’re gonna need to sell our house. If you think you’d be interested, please bookmark this page. And if you know anyone planning a move to Boise, Idaho, please, please, please share our House For Sale info! Thank you! 🙂

We’ve since had the exterior re-painted, but this is a photo from this past summer…
Here’s a corner of one of the back bedrooms. You can see one of the hard-wired ethernet outlets to the left (where the bright blue sticky note is).
This is the main living room space. You can see a bit of the brick double-sided fireplace as well as the dining space to the back right.
The humongous, oversize 2-vehicle garage, which also contains that workbench and extra storage space. Yes, that’s a full-size truck with plenty of walk-around space surrounding it. …& Yes, we’re currently working on cleaning it out…
As promised, more recent photos follow below:
Here’s the new exterior paint. What do you think?
This is the front foyer area and a peek into the bonus room we used as a library…
…And an alternate view of the library into the kitchen.
A closer look at the kitchen.
From the dining area into the living room…
Another angle of the living room (where you can see the other side of the double-sided fireplace).
One more glance at the living room.
The “blue” bathroom with a double vanity. You could soak in the tub and listen to tunes via the wireless bluetooth speaker on the LED lit fan in this room…
It’s hard to show in photos, but the main bedroom really is HUGE–that’s a king-size bed over there in the corner…
…And that middle door leads to a big walk-in closet with tons of space for all your clothes. (Sorry the photographer neglected to get shots of it…).
…And this is the bathroom attached to the HUGE main bedroom.
This is the fully-fenced back yard with two street-facing dog windows–one on either side. (You may have caught a glimpse of the tree through the main bedroom window…)
More of the back yard. (& yes, we will rake up the leaves next time we’re in town.)
As stated in the description, a few homes down the street in one direction is a back entrance to Winstead Park. A few houses the other direction are views of the surrounding foothills and downtown Boise.
Another drone shot pointing out how close the park is.
The view at the end of the street.
The view by night.

Here’s the description:
